Questions from financial advisors
Can our compliance team review videos before they go live?
Yes. You get the finished video, thumbnails, title and description as one package. We never publish anything unless you ask us to, and two revision rounds are included.
Do you add charts or stock footage?
Only when it supports what you said. Numbers and charts come from your script or slides, never from us.
What do I need to send?
A raw recording from your phone, webcam, Zoom or Riverside, plus your disclosure text and any slides you show.
What if a client is named or appears in the recording?
Tell us and we cut it or blur it. We only use what is in the files you share with us.
